5. Booking and Service Agreements

5.1 Booking Requests

When you submit a booking request through our website, you are requesting information about artist availability and pricing. Submission of a booking request does not constitute a binding contract.

5.2 Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed only when:

• Lost Atlantis Records provides a formal booking confirmation with agreed terms

• Both parties have signed a written contract or formal agreement

• Payment terms and conditions have been explicitly agreed upon

5.3 Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure a booking

• Final Payment: Remaining balance due 14 days before the event date

• Late Payments: Bookings may be cancelled if final payment is not received by the agreed deadline

• Currency: All fees are in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise agreed

5.4 Cancellation Policy

• By Promoter: Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: deposit forfeited. Cancellations within 30 days: full artist fee due.

• By Artist: Cancellations will incur a 50% penalty fee unless caused by emergency or circumstances beyond the artist's control.

• By Lost Atlantis Records: In the event of artist unavailability due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to provide an alternative artist or full refund of fees paid.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Atlantis Records shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your information

• Any errors or omissions in website content

• Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions

• Third-party conduct or actions

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question, or £100, whichever is greater.
